What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, project address or postal code, project description, budget and timing preferences, uploaded photos or video, preferred contact method, and — where available in the link you arrived from — basic source and campaign information.
Why we collect it
To review your project, prepare a preliminary estimate or initial project assessment, arrange consultations and site visits, prepare final quotes and project agreements, and keep a record of our communications with you.
Who can see it
Our renovation advisors and the office staff who prepare estimates and agreements. Where a project requires a specific trade or supplier, we share only the details that trade needs. We do not sell your information and we are not a marketplace — your enquiry is not distributed to other contractors.
Photos and concept visualizations
Photos you upload are used to assess your project and, if you request it, to produce concept visualizations. We will ask before using any project imagery publicly.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained while your project is active and afterwards for the period required for warranty, tax and business records under Ontario and Canadian requirements. You can ask us to delete records that we are not required to retain.
Your choices
You may ask to see what we hold, correct it, or withdraw consent to be contacted. Contact us and we will confirm the request in writing.
